ukulele club - Teignmouth Primary

Dear parents/carers,

I would like to run a ukulele club for children in KS2 next half term. It will be on a Tuesday after school, in my classroom until 4:00pm, and will start on Tuesday 22^nd April. It will run for 5 weeks until half term. After the club, I will bring them to the hall door and release from there. Please indicate on the form whether your child will be collected or has permission to walk home.

It will be for 12 children on a first come, first served basis, and I will let you know if your child has got a place.
