Dear parents and carers,
As you are aware, England will be playing Mexico in the world cup at 01:00am on Monday morning.
We appreciate that this is not an appropriate time for children to be watching the match, and that they may wish to do so in the morning.
For that reason, we are excited to provide the opportunity for the children to come to school on Monday at 7:45am to watch a replay of the match in the hall. We will provide a free breakfast, and I hope this will be an extra special experience for children attending. A huge thank you to our local Tesco Express for supporting this opportunity!
If you do wish to participate, please complete the permission slips for your children so we are aware of numbers. All children arriving at 7:45 will be supervised by school staff, and will remain in school for the whole day. (If we find the demand exceeds our capacity, we may watch the football across several rooms).
For those not wishing to participate, please ensure your child is in school for the normal time at 8:40am. Normal attendance procedures will apply.
