Form SOE3: Parental consent for off-site activities (Copy)

PLEASE CAN YOU RETURN THE ATTACHED SO3 FORM AND ADVISE IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOU CHILD TO TAKE PART IN THE FOOTBALL EVENT

Dear Parents and Carers,

Your child has been invited to take part in a competitive event where the school will compete against other schools in a football event.

This will take place on Tuesday 23^rd January (3:45 – 5:15), we will be leaving straight afterschool, via mini bus.

The children will need suitable Football clothing and footwear along with plenty of water and even a snack. (keep an eye on the weather incase it is cold/wet to make sure they bring suitable clothing)

Please can you fill out the slip link below if you would like your child to take part in this event.

We will arrive back to school at around 5.45pm.

It’s a progression tournament, so if the team do well they will be invited to the regional tournament and further for the national tournament.

Think it would be a fantastic opportunity as we have lots of keen girl footballers.
