Form SOE3: Parental consent for off-site activities Ivy Trust Music Project

Good morning,

We are really looking forward to our Ivy Trust Music Project which is happening next Wednesday 9^th July. Here are just a couple of reminders of key things your child needs and about the performances.

-The children will have lunch as normal before we leave, but they will need a packed tea and drink to take with them to the Langstone Cliff Hotel. They will eat this in between the two performances.

-The first performance is at 4:00pm and the second at 6:00pm. If you haven’t yet got your tickets, please do so on the following link – https://TheIvyChoirSummerFestival.eventbrite.co.uk.

-The bar/lounge area will be open and available for you to purchase drinks if before and in between the performances and the children will need to be picked up at 7:00pm from the hotel.

-Lastly, could you please complete the SOE3 form for your child link below, as this is an event that is happening outside of normal school hours.

They have worked incredibly hard on their song and it is brilliant – we can’t wait to share it with you!
