Form SOE3: Parental consent for off-site activities

Dear parent/carer,

As you know, Year 6 are going on their residential trip in November – from Monday 20^th November until Friday 24^th November

If you have any questions or would like to find out a bit more about the trip, we are holding a meeting next Thursday (19^th October) at 3.15. The meeting will be held in Mrs Dudley’s classroom.

Please come along if there is anything you or your child would like to ask. We really want everyone to come on the trip so if you have any worries or concerns come and find out what we can do to help.
