Year 1 and 2 trip to iTown
Dear Parents and Carers,
On Tuesday 17th October, we will be going to iTown in Newton Abbot to enhance our learning around our topic, Where We Live. To help keep the cost down, we are going to travel to Newton Abbot on the train. In order to do this, we are asking if you could meet us at 8.30am at Teignmouth train station to drop them off and then collect your child at 2.30pm from the train station also. If you need any support with travel arrangements, please let us know so we can support you in finding a solution. We have tried to arrange this around the train times along with ensuring you are able to drop off and collect any siblings from the school too.
The children will need to come wearing their full school uniforms and will need a packed lunch. The cost of the trip is £8.50 (after being subsidised partly by school and iTown giving us a very generous discount) which can be paid on School Money.
Please sign the permission slip below to allow your child to come on the trip and indicate whether they will be bringing their own packed lunch or require a school packed lunch.
