Dear Parent/Carer,
You are invited to our Sports Day on Tuesday 12th July.
Timetable for the day
| 10.30am | Reception and KS1 team events |
| 12 noon | Picnic on the field for the whole school |
| 1.30pm | KS2 competitive sports |
All the children will return to their classes at 1.00pm whilst the field is prepared for the KS2 events starting at 1.30p.m. Reception and KS1 will remain in their classes for normal lessons in the afternoon.
Please ensure your child has their full P.E. kit, trainers and a drink of water in a plastic container. There is very little shade on our field so a sunhat and sunscreen are recommended.
All the children need a packed lunch on this day so please click on the link below and return to the office no later Friday 8th July, if you would like to order your child a school packed lunch.

We hope as many parents as possible will bring a picnic and stay to enjoy lunch on the field.
School finishes at the normal time of 3.00p.m.
If we need to postpone due to bad weather our reserve date is Wednesday 13th July. We will notify parents by the end of the day on Monday 11th if we are going to cancel and move to Wednesday.
