Dear Parents and carers,
As you may be aware, we currently have two student teachers working within Miss Sowden’s class.
As part of their training, they are visited by their university tutor who helps to monitor their progress. On Tuesday 1st February, one of the student’s university tutors will be visiting virtually via Microsoft Teams. As part of the visit, she will want to see the student teacher teach a lesson.
The virtual meeting will not be recorded and the device will be positioned at the back of the class focusing more on the teacher than on the children; however, it is possible that they will be seen on screen at some point during the session.
If you have any concerns regarding this and wish to discuss it further, or wish your child to be positioned so they will not appear on screen at all, please speak to Miss Sowden by Tuesday morning.
