Dear parent/carer,
Year 5 will be going on a trip to London next term. This is a trip that we have run for many years pre COVID and it is always a fantastic experience. We visit the Houses of Parliament, the Natural History Museum and have a guided tour of London.
This year, the trip will be on Wednesday, 6th July.
We will be leaving Teignmouth Train Station (not school) at 5.45 am and will return for about 10.30pm, depending on traffic.
We are going to visit the Natural History Museum in the morning, have a tour of London on the coach and then visit the Houses of Parliament for our tour and workshops at 2.00 pm. We will leave London just before 5.00pm, stop for a meal on the way home, and hopefully arrive in Teignmouth for about 10.30 pm
There will be more information and a meeting to discuss any worries or issues that you may have closer to the time
The cost of the trip will be £15; this is payable on School Money
