Forches Cross Tuesday 30th April 3:15pm to 6pm

Dear parents/carers,

There is a Year 5 Ultimate Frisbee event taking place at Forches Cross from 4pm to 5:30pm on Tuesday 30th of April. The event is being organised by Mr Baxter from the Dartmoor Schools Partnership and your child has been chosen to represent the school. They will be leaving school at 3:15pm in the school minibus and will return to school at approx 6pm. Children will need a coat, PE Kit, snack and a drink to take with them. Please complete the following form if you wish your child to take part.
