Sports Day
Dear parents and carers,
Sports Day will be taking place on Wednesday 5th July (with Friday 7th July as a reserve option in case of bad weather).
Please ensure that your child comes into school in their PE kit, with sun cream, a sun hat and a water bottle.
Pupils will enjoy their packed lunch outside. There will be no hot school dinners served on Sports Day, but you can order a packed lunch online at _____.
We are especially excited to welcome our parent and carer community to watch the event (and maybe participate in some of the parent races!)

| 9:15 until 10:15. | Reception parents are invited to watch their child’s events |
| 12:30 – 1:00 | Gates are open for parents of children in Year 1 to Year 6 to arrive and eat with their children. Please provide your own food. |
| 1:15-2:15 | Races will take place for Year 1 to Year 6 |
| 2:15- 2:30 | Results are announced.
Children return to classes. |
| 3:15 | The school day will finish as normal, with children being released in the usual manner. |
Safety
For the safety and wellbeing of our children, we will insist on the following rules:
We maintain a strict zero tolerance rule for smoking, vaping and drinking on site.
Adults will remain on the field, and will not be allowed access to the rest of the school site (portable toilets will be available)
Photos may not be taken of other children, and any photos taken must not be posted on social media
This will certainly be a fun and enjoyable event, and we look forward to sharing it with you.
